Resolved! Paid same bill twice

I paid my internet bill twice and it posted on my credit card twice. I went through three support reps telling me to reach out to my bank but my bank says to reach out to fido.     Anyone know how I can get my money back or at least get it credited?

Resolved! Final bill refund

I change my plan from Fido. And I got a negative balance. However, I make a mistake and pay another bill, thus my negative balance doubled. I wonder if the refund includes my newest payment?
