Something went wrong

Hi there, whenever I try to login into the app, it says "something went wrong" and I'm unable use the app as I have to pay my bill.

IOS FIDO App - View Bill

I can view my bill online using a browser to access my account but if I log int the very same account using the FIDO App on my iPhone or iPad I cannot view my bill. Any solutions ?

Resolved! Fido My Account app "I'm not a robot" only when on Wifi

Hi, Since recently I've been getting a "I'm not a robot" ReCAPTCHA popup after logging in the My Account app ONLY when I'm connected on MY wifi. It's the worst recaptcha too, there's so many things to verify, not just a single picture and move on typ...

Resolved! Free Speaker did Not Come in Mail

Hello. I recently won a Sonos Speaker through the Scratch and Win contest on the Fido App, but all I receieved in the mail is a "Enjoy Your Fido Xtra Perk" card. Is the speaker still on it's way or was it not sent at all? Please help with this matter...
