Scam Call?

I Got a call from someone calling from Fido customer retention and promotion center. The number when they called was a Saskatchewan area code. And the number for a call back provided was (647)492-9787. Not sure if its a valid Fido call or not. Can so...

Hey @linjerry0703,   We're sorry to hear that! We wouldn't want to see you go.    It's weird that calling us gave you a failed attempt.    What number did you try calling us with?    You can also contact us here with different methods.
