To delete my voice messages, I press 77. That is not working. Instead of being deleted, when I press 77 my voice messages are becoming saved messages. How can I delete all the messages that are piling up in saved messages?

When reviewing my voice messages through the phone, it's registering them at odd times. It's stating a boice message came in at 00:14 but it actually came in at 1:30 pm. Is there a timezone change i need to make somewhere?
