I'd like to pay my parents' bill before it's due in 2 days but I can't because of authentication!

Hello! 

 

My parents and I are currently outside of Canada and I'm the one that usually handles the account and the payments for them but I can't seem to log in to my parents' account to pay even if I know the password since the authentication (was set up to be sent through to the phone itself via sms and email by default!?) is being sent to the cellphone that is currently in Canada! Is there any way I can pay before my parents' account gets penalized? Or if the due date could be postponed and a payment arrangement could be set at a later date? Please let me know.

See here for all the different methods on how to pay the invoice, option 4 should work for you just call 1-888-481-3436 and follow the prompts this can be done from a non-fido phone.



Hi there @isuka227 , I know some things can be difficult when travelling. Are you able to pay through your bank with direct payment? The 11 digit bank payment ID is 85853783000 and can be paid online or by telephone banking. That should give you another option.
