Hey everyone, if you’re using Message Relay Service (MRS), here are the steps you need to take before 5 PM (EST), December 6, 2019   Log into the current IP Relay system using your existing credentials and do the following:   Go to the Profile   Make sure that you’ve set up a Security Question and Answer ; these fields should not be blank. You’ll need this information to reset your password the first time you use the new platform.   Verify that your email address is correct and make sure that you have access to this email account so you can receive the password reset email.   Review and confirm your home address. It is very important that this information is accurate. Should you ever find yourself in an emergency situation where you have to use IPR to call for help, this is the address that the agent will give to first respondents if you’re unable to answer.   How to access the IP Relay service after the upgrade? You should access the service using the new IP relay URLs, but with the same access number as before. Voice to IP callers can also continue to reach you using the same number as usual (1-855-801-5862).   New URLs English: https://iprelayservice.net French: https://servicerelaisip.net   Steps you’ll need to take after December 9, 2019 As previously mentioned, the first time you log into the new platform, you’ll have to change your password. To do this, follow these instructions:   1. On the Welcome to IP Relay screen, enter your access number and leave the Password field blank, then click Log on. You’ll see a password reset screen.   Enter the email address from your user profile in the Email   Provide the answer to your security question, then press Submit .   You will get an email with a link to reset your password.   Follow the instructions in that email to complete your password change.
