voice message time wrong

When reviewing my voice messages through the phone, it's registering them at odd times. It's stating a boice message came in at 00:14 but it actually came in at 1:30 pm. Is there a timezone change i need to make somewhere?

Iphone X . my timezone as far as i can tell is EST/EDT. the date time on the phone are accurate., but the time on the voicemails is off by many hours.
