Changing Voicemail Access Code Doesn’t Work

Hi, I forgot my access code for my voicemail and I tried to change it. I called the number, changed the access code and the robotic voice told me that it was changed "successfully". However, I tried to use my new access code and it didn't work. I tried using the app, but I couldn't because I have a prepaid account. How do I change my voicemail access code?

  If changing your access code via the IVR system didn't work (despite stating it was successful), you might need to contact customer service for assistance. You should note that there is a dedicated line for customers with pre-paid services (see here).


  You should also note that voicemail appears to be available on a pay-per-use basis with some of their pre-paid plans.
