When I try to open the fido app on my phone, this message appears.
So I push "OK", I can see this message also.
My phone is iPhone 11 Pro. How can I solve this problem?
I deleted the app and tried to reinstall it, but I couldn't. Still the same messages appear.
Hey @atari77
Thank you for the update. I'd like to ask you a few more questions in order to better assist you:
Let us know
1. Yes, I'm using a Fido SIM card now.
2. No, I can only see that message. It's just impossible to download the Fido mobile app on the App Store. The same message comes out again.
It works now.:) As you mentioned, that was not the problem related to Fido. It was the problem with my settings on the Apple store. I set my region to Canada on the Apple store and finally it worked.
Thank you for your proper advice.
Hey @atari77!
Are you able to try to completely uninstall / reinstall the app then restart the phone?
