I can’t upgrade the fido app on my phone.

When I try to open the fido app on my phone, this message appears.

So I push "OK", I can see this message also.

My phone is iPhone 11 Pro. How can I solve this problem?

I deleted the app and tried to reinstall it, but I couldn't. Still the same messages appear.

Hey @atari77

Thank you for the update. I'd like to ask you a few more questions in order to better assist you:

  1. Are you currently using a Fido SIM card in your device?
  2. The unavailability of the app in your region is an Apple store error. Are you perhaps getting any other error message that is related to the Fido mobile app?

Let us know

1. Yes, I'm using a Fido SIM card now.

2. No, I can only see that message. It's just impossible to download the Fido mobile app on the App Store. The same message comes out again.

Thanks again,

Though as mentioned, the error message from the Apple store is not related to Fido.

With that being said, have you had the chance to confirm your region/location's settings on the Apple store or your Apple ID?

It works now.:) As you mentioned, that was not the problem related to Fido. It was the problem with my settings on the Apple store. I set my region to Canada on the Apple store and finally it worked.

Thank you for your proper advice.

You're welcome Smiley

Happy to hear that we were able to resolve this quickly.

Cheers!

Hey @atari77

Are you able to try to completely uninstall / reinstall the app then restart the phone?
