Resolved! Wrong Delivery Address

I ordered a phone to an address a few weeks ago and I received the shipment. Fido just left me voicemail that another order is not delverable due to wrong address. It should be some sort of joke

Resolved! Can't change address, error 502

I am the account holder, and I have been trying to change my address in billing settings but it won't allow me to and no matter how many times it verifies that it's me and I try to change it it always says error 502!
