Being charged $27.34 instead of promised $5.60 for my data plan. Called over 3 times and still matter is not resolved. This is my last contact with Fido before escalating to CCTS.
Fido has remove Office of President and Ombudsman contact info from their site. As a result, I have file a complaint with CCTS.
