Last Feb Your Saleman in Walmart Easthill Calgary he told me that he can give lower monthly payment if I switch From Telus to FIDO. And I will not be CHARGED for the one time CHARGES because my TELUS number is currently active.
I ask him again if I agree I will not receive one time CHARGES in my 1st bill only the monthly charges and he replied yes. He Let me see also in his Computer :desktop_computer:️ screen that he will remove the 75CAD+ one time CHARGES.
Okay I Agree.
Then when I received my 1st bill it's appeared from my House to Walmart I need to spend a total 28CAD for Uber. I came back and make complaint but his not there because theres to many customers complain same issue.
You GUYS are SCAMMER.
I will pay now my Bill but not the 75CAD and DEACTIVATE my LINE.

Hello @garycalonzo0411,
Welcome to the community!
You should note that agents at third-party vendors like Best Buy, Walmart, etc. do not work for Fido; they are simply third-party resellers. Oftentimes, they would have promotion including Fido directly, where they would waive that one-time charge. Usually, how it works is you are charged on your first invoice, then on your second or third invoice, you will get it back as a credit. As long as the agent coded the account accordingly Fido system will apply the credit on the next cycle.
You should also note that failure to pay the full amount of your invoice can result in a negative credit report, and you can be sent to collections.
I would suggest you contact Fido's customer service directly and have them check the account to see if it was coded properly. You should also have gotten paperwork from the agent at WalMart and that should show the discount for the fee, which you can provide to Fido if needed.
