Hey Community,
Did you switch from using your phone number or Group ID to log in to Fido.ca to using an e-mail address? If so, you were probably asked to re-register to the Community, too. We figure that you may not be too happy about losing your old profile, username, badges, etc. Worry not! We can help you get your old Community profile back so you can pick up where you left off.
All you need to do is send me a private message with your old username and your new one (if you haven’t already, you need to re-register to the Community with a new username).
