since I moved back to Germany I don't need my FIDO prepaid plan anymore. I already called the Support but they wanted a 10 digit number which I couldn't figure out.
Can somebody help me to close my account and cancel my prepaid moblie phone plan.

Sorry to hear you won't be returning back to Canada in the near future. When you spoke with support, was the 10-digit number they requested your phone number?
Generally, when cancelling services, you would need to contact customer service. However, since you have pre-paid services, it will automatically be deactivated if your account balance remains $0 for 6 consecutive months (see Terms of Service; section 7c). You might consider cancelling any automatic top-ups, though.
If you would like to discuss your situation, you would need to contact Fido's dedicated pre-paid service line (see here).

I won't come back to canada any time soon. I would like to cancel my mobile phone plan immediately, so is there a possivility to call the support service from germany without any charges.
Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to call the pre-paid service line without charges. While the line is technically toll-free, it is only free from charges from within Canada (possibly US as well). Calling the number from abroad would likely incur long-distance charges from your service provider. On the other hand, if you called them using your Fido phone number, the call would likely be considered roaming and charged accordingly. You can view the roaming rates here.

I'd like to cancel my account without having to call internationally to Fido, if thats possible.

Are you leaving Canada permanently or are you planning to return in the future? If you're going to be coming back, you may have the option to suspend your account for up to 12 months.
In order to close your account, you will need to get in touch with customer service. It's not something they are able to do in store so if you go in to a store, they will have you call in.
That said, you do not necessarily need to call. If you prefer to contact customer service through a different channel, you can. There are lots of ways to reach out to customer service and you can find them all here. Alternately, we can also send you a PM here. Let us know if that's what you would like to do!
