I cancelled my services almost 2 months ago and I have yet to receive a refund for that. How long does it take to process? I used my credit card to pay for the services. Will the refund be credited back on my credit card or will I receive a cheque? What's the ETA?

I had my account cancelled on Late Nov 2023 and I paid full amount on early Deccember 2023. Then I recevied a final bill with negative amount (which I think it should be the refund I get prorately). It has been almost 3 months now and I still haven't received the money. Would you please kindly advise?

I recommend that you contact customer service directly as they are better equipped to help you. This community forum is not a customer service method and we don't have access to your account details. By contacting customer service, you can receive personalized assistance and a quicker resolution to your issue. Moreover, if the cheque hasn't been produced yet, you can request a refund to be put back on the card used for payment. This option is available only if you paid with a card. So, make sure to contact customer service and request a refund. They will be happy to assist you.

The process is a refund will be issue via cheque after your final invoice has been produced and can take 3-6 weeks to get to you.


You can request the money be refunded back to the card you use to make the payment however, that request needs to be made before the cheque has been issued.
