Hi,
Everytime I log into my Fido app I immediately get this annoying pop-up message which reads: "Sorry, something went wrong. Don't worry! You haven't started using your Data Bytes."
The thing is, I'm on a data only plan and don't even have Data Bytes!
The message pops up twice in a row, and after clicking X twice it doesn't show up again for the duration of the session. Aside from being a major annoyance it doesn't seem to affect anything else.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app - no joy.
I've also have the latest version of the app.
Device: Pixel 2.
Any thoughts on how to get rid of that annoying message?
Thanks
I.

The message started appearing when I switched from iPhone to Android. Logically speaking, the error must be related to the app version in play store. I did not have this issue while using the app on iPhone.

Hey @tchernov!
It's been a while, I was just wondering how this was resolved and how? I'm sure others can benefit from the info
If it hasn't, let us know so we can look into it!

Hi @FidoNick!
Just checked and the pop-up does not appear anymore. Must have been fixed with the latest app update.
Thanks for checking in.
