I'm a participant level 1

Everytime I log in to my app on my phone I get the message "oops something went wrong on our end" I push ok and it goes away. I've had this error for months now. Funny they can change my phone icon to the pride colors but can't fix a bug in their app?


Hi @Alienface how long have you been unable to open the fido app? Or do you mean you get the error message and then it opens after you hit ok? Lucky you, you have the colorful icon on the app,  I'm going to update right now and see if I get it. Thanks for mentioning that. If the app isn't working for you, you may want to give tech support a call at *611 and ask for assistance troubleshooting it. Regards
