I created my ID and Password and i am able to login on my computer with email and password BUT unable to login with my mobile application with same username and password.
i tried to contact fido via phone and chat but unable to connect with agent . fido have very less staff to support customer after sale? or they are very busy ?

oui je je rentre mon nom d'utilisateur et mon mot De passe ça fonctionne sur le site direct mais via l'application ça dit d'aller sur fido.ca pour valider mon adresse email ...
jai supprime puis réinstallé l'app mais ca n'a rien changé
