Resolved! my caller ID IS DISPLAYED SUSPECT SPAM

HI  I am an agent an make serveral calls to my clients , they have been telling me that my number on their display is SUSPECT SPAM, i have called this issue in serveral time with Fido and still an ongoing issues. How do i resolve this issue.
