I've received an email after I transferred my mobile number to another provider says I'll receive a call from one of your ambassadors, in the past few days I have received two call form you cause on my call display shows Fido, but I just couldn't answer it, every time when I pick up the phone, and it's hung up right away itself, just a little confused, do you have a number that I can call back or you'll call me back again? Or could you send me an email?
Can I please get a call. I have been charged over $1600 and my account online has not been updated with what was offered. It's been almost a month since the offer and I can't get a hold of anyone as the regular fido department cant help.

and today I have received a call from Fido again, I’m sure it’s from Fido, cause the call display shows Fido. and I think it’s from the winback department, but still the same problem after 2 seconds I answered the phone it hung up itself, have no idea what’s going on.
