I switched to another provider recently, but I still have another line with Fido still and I did receive a call from the winback team. Is it possible to get the winback team to call me back? If their able to give my family member a good price, I would come back too with that additional line? Thanks for the help.

i got a call twice however once answered it gets dropped , cs services couldnt redirect to same dept, buyer remorse is about to be done with new provider. need assistance to reach win back team
good luck ive been waiting 3 weeks for this same call and i kept being told or should i say they claim they submitted a ticket for the winback team to get back to me. they apparently noted they called me multiple times but not ever did i get a call or voicemail. its not even registered on my phone as it never happened.
Yeah, I've contacted the agents and they said "they'll call you back", but no one has called at all. So, we'll see if anything happens at all. Hopefully they reach out to you in your case.
