I switched to another provider recently, but I still have another line with Fido still and I did receive a call from the winback team. Is it possible to get the winback team to call me back? If their able to give my family member a good price, I would come back too with that additional line? Thanks for the help.

good luck ive been waiting 3 weeks for this same call and i kept being told or should i say they claim they submitted a ticket for the winback team to get back to me. they apparently noted they called me multiple times but not ever did i get a call or voicemail. its not even registered on my phone as it never happened.
Same situation, I have been waiting for almost a month for winback team to call me.
I moved to Koodo last month then an agent from Fido called me and offered me a better deal. I acceptedthen he tild me to wait for 1-2 days for confirmation email. After 2 weeks, i contacted customer service but they told me to wait winback to call me. Until now Iam still waiting since I returned the new phone to koodo. I know you guys are busy but its been too long while koodo could send me a new phone in 3-5 days only to seal the deal.
