Hello, If I start a call in the free time (evening/weekend) and it carries over to let's say a Monday morning around 8:30, do I get charged for all of the minutes, only the min over or none?

Can I please get a call. I have been charged over $1600 and my account online has not been updated with what was offered. It's been almost a month since the offer and I can't get a hold of anyone as the regular fido department cant help.
