How do I file a formal complaint against the customer support at Fido? The customer service is absolutely horrid and incompetent. They don't care to actually address my problem, just want to get me off the line.

Worst company in CANADA. I canceled my service and paid my final bill, received a confirmation email showing ZERO balnce. Then they charged me 102$ 3 weeks after I canceled ! Customer service was horrible and useless. I was transferred 3 times one hour 50 min. and they did nothing. Kept talking in circles. Manager call !!?? No Call. Thieves !

Worst company to deal with ever! 3 days of calls, hours wasted with 6 different agents, manager never called back (was told it would take up to 3 days for this???? WTF) and problem still not resolved. Just want this resolved so I can get as far away from this company as possible!!

None of these methods worked to file a customer service complaint.
