I have recieved an email from Fido on Jan 20th that I am suppose to recieve refund from Fido for my closed accounts.
No reply on the emails i sent for refund
How do I get my money back as its more than 3 months of disconnection
Usually, the refund is sent out by cheque the address on file after the final invoice is produced, it usually takes 3 weeks for you to get it but can take up to 6 weeks.
Did you recently move from the address on file? If it did you would need to contact Fido and update it.
If it did not change you would still need to reach out to customer service and they can look into it.
