Ok. I'm back again with still being disappointed. Contacted Fido and escalated my issue and they've told me it can take up to 4 weeks until someone contacts me..it's been more than that! I'm so sick and tired of going back and forth with Fido! I honestly can't even tell you how many times I've spoken to a rep. I signed up for the service in the beginning of September! It's the end of November! Clearly false advertisement!

Same problem here. No email in either inbox or junk. Suppose to receive it a month ago.
Reached out to online agent and I was told "you will receive the email within 5 days" and that was over a week ago. Still got nothing.

I had the same problem, I didn't receive any email related to my gift card. I checked my spam emails as well. Your online chat is not working, you do not answer the customer service number. How a perfect service?!

Can you tell us is you signed up with an eligible package and if it was installed within 30 days of activation?
Also, has it been over 6 weeks since your services were activated with us?

Someone sent me a PM and told me it takes 10 business days but after these days I still didn't give my gift card!!!!
It's more than 3 months that I activated my account!
You just wrote soms sentences and you are not doing anything for your customer!!! I sent abd PM several times and I didn't receive my gift card yet!
Such a great customer service!
