You just wrote soms sentences and you are not doing anything for your customer!!! I sent abd PM several times and I didn't receive my gift card yet!Such a great customer service! You just buy a time and don't do anything for your customer!
Someone sent me a PM and told me it takes 10 business days but after these days I still didn't give my gift card!!!! It's more than 3 months that I activated my account!
I had the same problem, I didn't receive any email related to my gift card. I checked my spam emails as well. Your online chat is not working, you do not answer the customer service number. How a perfect service?!
