It has been several days when I can't query the real-time data usage. It says "We can't determine your real-time data usage right now. The data usage that you see can be delayed by up to 12 hours". I don't know what has happened. I did't do anything related to my account.
The app version is 3.5.1 (24), ios system.
It's still a problem. I am a new user of fido. I just created my account about 10 days ago, and I didn't do anything to change my data plan or else. So I still don't know why the problem appears.
Were any data bonuses or promotions added to your account this cycle @J_W?
If so, that could be the reason why this is happening; it will only be available as of next cycle.
