Its my third month since I started using Fido cellular data. I payed this month’s bill and I can’t check how much data I used (or how much i used). It says, “Details not available, please check later. ” And when I tap on ´View details’, this pops up.
I want to know how much data I have left so I don’t exceed the limit and I’m afraid to use any more data. Please help.

I can totally understand why you are worried about your data usage not being available. Using the App is definitely the best way to do have access to this information as well as Fido.ca
We are aware of the situation and our technical support is currently investigating.
