It has been several days when I can't query the real-time data usage. It says "We can't determine your real-time data usage right now. The data usage that you see can be delayed by up to 12 hours". I don't know what has happened. I did't do anything related to my account.
The app version is 3.5.1 (24), ios system.

I updated but the problem remains. The data usage is also not available in the fido website. Is there something wrong with my account?

It's still a problem. I am a new user of fido. I just created my account about 10 days ago, and I didn't do anything to change my data plan or else. So I still don't know why the problem appears.

Were any data bonuses or promotions added to your account this cycle @J_W?
If so, that could be the reason why this is happening; it will only be available as of next cycle.

The latest version of the app available is 3.6.
Would it be possible to update it and let us know if that changes anything?
