FIDO app relies too much on external web content

Why does the FIDO app rely so much on external web pages for content that opens web browsers and require re-authentication.?   

A good example is customer support. If I am already authenticated by the app, then why start all over again on an external web page? WHY NOT LOAD WEB PAGES OR CHAT SESSIONS INSIDE the APP.?
