Hello, I am currently in Europe and I purchased a sim card in Spain for internet and other utilties but my cellphone (iphone SE) is blocked (fido didn't told me before I left the country) so I need to get in contact with them in order for them to unblock my cellphone and be able to use a sim card. 

 

Where should I call? and would I get charge because I am not in Canada?

Welcome to the community :).

 

As long as your Iphone SE is a Fido device, we'll be happy to assist you unlocking it. Just a heads up, there is no more fees for unlocking requests. You can view our new policies here.
