HI,

It's been two weeks since I have been contacting the Fido Fraud Department regarding my fido account which has an amount of $921 to be paid and I don't know who is using my sim card because I don't have my sim card as I bought it 6 months ago and never used it. I have sent so many emails and left at least 20 voice messages but the fraud department isn't contacting me back. Can someone please help me with this, I'm freaking out right now.

We've got you, let's check this out together. Before anything, have you reached out to one of my colleagues from Customer Service to have this investigated?

Yes I called the customer service many times and left many messages at the fraud department but there are no call backs.

That is strange,

 

Any fraud investigation is usually processed within a week. We'll need to have a closer look @Anmolkd, I'll send you a PM so we can get to the bottom of this :).
