Was the number with a different provider? Was your account suspended? Is the account still active?...
Unfortunately, if your services with that phone number were cancelled and are no longer active, it might not be possible to recover the phone number. Once inactivated, phone numbers are not accessible for a period of time.
If you would like to discuss your options, you would need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM.
