Accidental plan change

Hi,

I wanted to change my mobile plan today, but when i entered the plan page through my mobile line it selected my tablet line for some reason which i didn't notice, so i ended up changing my tablet line accidentally. I originally had a 4gb/$10 plan with $10 credit for 24 months for the tablet. Can someone help me to change it back, thx Sad
