final bill refund

I am a student and had to cancel my plan because I had to go back to my country due to covid19. In my last bill there is a negative credit balance and I know that I would get a refund by cheque, but now that I am outside Canada, what can I do?

Welcome to the Fido community!


If the cheque was not isseued as yet and you were making payments from a credit card you can request Fido refund the money back to that card. Fido can also mail the cheque to your internationla address.


You will need to contact customer support and let them know and they can better advise you of your options.
