customer service would not transfer you to a manager, I can only suggest
you try again and insist on speaking with a manager.

Fido corporate store and you should even be able to pay using cash at
any bank.

Hi @Fizzy16, It means the device is out of stock at Fido while they work
to get more they strive their best to get stock ASAP there isn't a
timeline that can be guarantee. As soon as they get more in stock you
will receive your device.
