Hi @calbee0721, Welcome to the Fido community! That is very strange that customer service would not transfer you to a manager, I can only suggest you try again and insist on speaking with a manager.
Hi @Wally584, Yes, cash is still legal you should be able to pay at any Fido corporate store and you should even be able to pay using cash at any bank.
