Resolved! New plan not shown in the app

Hello. I changed my plan (60$ per month) for a cheaper one (30$ per month) yesterday, but although this change was displyed on my fido app, now it is showing 60$ per month again. Is it just a bug in the application? Thanks

Plan change in middle of cycle

If I upgrade my plan with a better deal and I have 20days left on my previous billing cycle. Does the new plan gets activated right away or at the end of the remaining billing cycle?
