I have tried to call numerous times and ask Jack? He seems useless. I have two lines and a home line.
I wonder what you can do to help as I need to add data to the other line and cancel the home phone now as we have two phones with fido. The second line does not work well so what to know before i cancel and go with freedom with that line.

There is no support. I have phoned numerous times and asked Jack which is useless. As a long time customer I am gone. I just ordered a SIM card from Freedom and will cancel my credit card payment as it seems that's the only solution I have.
