delivery reports

I switched from Telus to Fido.  When I was on Telus I would get delivery reports to whom ever I send a text to. Does not matter which network.  Now under Fido I only get delivery reports back from people on Rogers or Fido network.  How can I get deli...

Resolved! where did live chat go?

i don't have live chat anywhere when i am logged into my account. i have gone through every single page and it is simply not there. it used to be there before the recent re-design.
