Extending the freeze on my account

Hi, I temporarily froze my account due to being away from the country and it was released this month and I was wondering if I can extend the freeze till March? Who should I contact?..

  If you would like to extend your temporary suspension, you would need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
