Worst experience at Best Buy - No support for huge bill afterwards

So I have purchased my number from Best Buy where basically nothing was explained. Later I was unable to access my account and tried to reach customer support many many times. Now- i've been charge for almost $300 for no reason and because of the lack of support I am unable to open a dispute. 
I am in desperate need of suggestions or help.

  Sorry to hear of your situation. Had you enrolled for online access on Fido.ca? If you did have access, you should be able to view the details of your bill via My Account. Unfortunately, if you are unable to access your online account, you would need to contact customer service in order to regain access to your account. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
