Hello, I just potted out my phone number a few days ago and I have received any bill from you there. Also I cannot access to my Fido account online. Could you tell me when should I receive the final bill and how can I pay for it? Thanks

Hey @jeffying.
You need to register with an email login before the deactivation date to get limited access to your online account after cancellation. Without the e-mail login, you won't have access to your online account unfortunately.
The last invoice is sent to your billing address 2 to 3 weeks following your billing cycle. The required payment date will show up on your final invoice.
