Final bill refund - not yet received

Hello.

I received my final bill of -27.56 on December 21, 2019.
I understand that I am supposed to received a cheque for the refund by mail, but I have not yet received it.
Can someone provide me more information, please? I would like to know when I can expect to receive this refund.

Hi @Deewills,

 

Since you are not in Canada and the cheque was not received I would suggest you reach out to customer support and request the balance be refunded back to the credit card.

 

You can contact customer support through any of the available methods listed here.

If you need to inquire . let's say you haven't received.by mid-March contact Fido here

Hello!

 

I have been waiting for the refund on my final bill since December. I was told it could take until March, but I still haven't received it. I do not currently live in Canada, if the refund has not yet been sent, can I have it refunded to my credit card? I was told it could take until March to receive the refund, but now it is March and I still haven't received anything.
