I dread having to go on my fido account to check my usage and review my account. I would not wish this terrible eperience on my worst enemy.
Calling their website slow is an insult to slow websites. Sorry, fido!

That is definitely strange. It normally takes me a couple of second to login to my account though. That said, thank you for sharing your feedback with us, we appreciate it.
Which browser do you use normally?
Have you tried a different browser perhaps?
Also, did you check your internet speed to see if that could be the cause?

Have you tried using another internet browser?
It should only take a few seconds for the pages to load.
However, for tracking your usage, making payments, downloading your bills and such, it's best to use the My Account app on your mobile devices instead of the website.
