Waiting for call back

Call back said 22-33 minutes...waited an hour. Called again and it's 48-1:12 minutes. Yesterday was 3 hours! This is unacceptable!!! 

Revenue Canada is not as awful waiting as it is with this company!!! Time to consider a new provider.

Not everything can be resolved through live chat. There are issues that need resolution by phone.

Make sure you know your rights. Per the wireless code, Fido must give certain contact options and dispute resolution options, so make sure they do.

 

The difference between CRA and Fido is that CRA is under-resourced (according to the Auditor General) and their reps are forbidden from trying to mislead taxpayers. Even in busy season, I find them very professional and courteous. In contrast, Rogers is netting $1.5 billion in earnings a year, so they have no excuses for not providing top-tier service.
