scheduled a callback for 11am - nothing, called and went thru askjack thing again to schedule a callback for 12pm - nothing, didnt receive a single call from fido. i need to speak to someone asap, can you please have someone contact me?

Hello @maria39 , if you need to speak to someone asap, please call *611 from your device to contact a customer service representative or if you are on social media, send a request to fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook. I hope you find a resolution
