I have a text & call plan and I need to buy the data pass. But when I tap the link www.fido.mobi/data through my phone the browser shows
"HTTP Status 404-/data
type Status report
message/data
description The requested resource (/data) is not available"
My cell phone is iphone se (unclock) and my cellular data is turning on. I taped the url when my phone was connected to wifi. If I need to turn the wifi off, I couldn't get access to any website at all cause there is no data in my phone plan.
Who can help me??

I've been having the same issue for the past few weeks. Spoke to a Fido support person over the phone and she told me they've been having lots of trouble, but she had no idea when the issue may be resolved. The last post here was a month ago. Fido, can you please resolve this!?

Hi,
I am using basic plan ($25) and add data (monthly pass for $10) when I needed data.
because I can access wi-fi all the time usually.
But somehow I can't access the fido page for purchasing data anymore.
When I text DATA to 222, it says ' Sorry we could not complete your request. To add data to your plan now, please text the keyword data to 222'
Or on a mobile web browser it says 'Secure Connection Failed ...'
Or there was a pop-up for access a page for purchase - Sign in to network -
says 'Web page not available' 'The web page at https://www.rogers.com/data-notice could not...'
Of course I turned on the mobile data.
I purchased the monthly data many times before.
Please help me

I got the error message in all situations, including wifi-on, wifi-off, data-on and data-off.
the last time i purchased a pass successfully was probably 2 years ago, and recently when i tried again it still didnt work!

Can you confirm you are getting the same exact error messages as the OP? Also, did you get a chance to test it by texting DATA to 3282 to activate your data pass as well?
