I was charged a 45 setup service when having this new number, the Fido sales said that this amount of money will be payback to me after 3 months. I looked in my account and there is now where saying this will be returned. Do I actually get it back?

To clarify, the Setup Service Fee applies to all customers who do a new activation or hardware upgrade. It's a mandatory fee , the only two scenarios where this can be credited is during a return within the satisfaction guarantee, or if you if you had completed the transaction through our website on Fido.ca.
