Undisclosed setup fee being charged

Hi. I recently got a Fido card at the airport. I am a new student in Canada. At the airport representative told me that there will be only $30 set up fee. But I am being charged $60 in my bill. Please help me with the same and rectify this.

I am in the exact same situation. I arrived last Friday and the airport representative told me that I would only pay $30 for setup fees but the monthly bill I just received states that I should pay $60. What should I do to benefit from the rate that I was initially given?

  Sorry to hear of your situations. I'm not sure why you were quoted the $30 set-up fee. On the Fido website, the current set-up fee is $60 (waived if activated online). You should note that this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We would not have access to customer account information.
