Hi There,

 

I added a new line online today was suggested that the  Setup Service Fee $75 is waived. they I got an "New Fido account confirmation" email and there is a Setup Service Fee - $75 listed there. why is that?

clearly say that when doing online:

  Sorry to hear you may have incurred the Set-up fee. However, you should note the forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts.

 

  In some cases, the waived Set-up fees, where applicable, are initally charged and refunded after a couple of months. However, your screen capture does show the fee as $0 when done online. Unfortunately, I do not know why you later received the email with the fee mentioned.

 

  If you wished to discuss your matter, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
